The NAPOSINT quality policy is based on the following principles:

  • Our general quality goal is zero defects.
  • Quality assurance is the task of each individual employee.
  • It is the continual task of management to promote quality awareness.
  • Quality must be planned, starting from the conceptual design of products and processes.
  • Cost reduction must not affect quality.

Following the principles of ISO 9001:2000, company processes are managed on the basis of a process-oriented management system. NAPOSINT is currently accredited to international quality standards ISO 9001:2008. The company is committed to meeting and exceeding its customer’s expectations for the products and services it provides.
